Authorized Return Merchandise Form (RMA)

To simplify the processing of your repair at our RMT service center, we ask you to follow the steps below.

Please fill in all the fields in the form below;
Clean your product and take photos before sending;
Pack your product securely (it must not move in the box).

Once you have completed the form, you can return the product to us immediately. No confirmation is required on our part.
